Power Breakfast

Here’s a delicious and easy oatmeal recipe that I make every morning.

The ingredients are as follows:

1 cup of  oatmeal [heat with skim or lowfat milk] seed mixture [flaxseed, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, sesame seed] crumbled walnuts
2 fresh strawberries
1/2 banana
top with honey
